Equipment digital circuit board repair process and experiment (A project from Hunan Province)
In-depth participation in experimental research during the project research. Writing and proofreading the final project report.
Micro-domain shielding gas system and experimental research of solder ball printing for 5G circuits (Innovation and Creativity Seed Fund for Master Students)
Responsible for the overall program design of the project. Based on the existing tin alloy ejection crucible components, combined with the equipment structure, designed an integrated opening metal droplet-based ejection coaxial shielding gas system.
Simulation and experiment research. Different shapes of shielding gas flow field were studied with commercial simulation software such as Fluent. The simulation results were verified by experiments.
Research and equipment development of key technologies for metal droplet-based 3D printing (Shaanxi Province Key Research and Development Project)
Mainly responsible for the layout design of 3D printing equipment, 3D and 2D drawings, material purchase, and equipment construction, while in-depth participation in experimental research during the project research.
